FFS (Form, Fill, Seal) machines are used for automated product packaging in a wide range of industries: agri-food industry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc.
Decontaminating the liner from harmful particles
The final step in the FFS machine process is to hermetically seal the container (jar, tray, etc.) with a film lid. This protects the product from external contamination. However, it is possible that the film may contain harmful dust particles, which can give rise to certain risks:
- Sealing problems
- Cross-contamination
- Poor product preservation
- etc.

Installed upstream of the filling process, our ionizing dedusting system enables you to capture and completely eliminate any particles present in the containers.
Our equipment is tailor-made for easy integration into your production lines. For optimum efficiency, it combines three actions:
- Mechanical force to separate particles from the carrier material
- Air ionization to eliminate electrostatic attraction
- Suction to evacuate particles, which are then captured by a filter
