Ionizing blower nozzles

Specially designed for the elimination of electrostatic charges on small parts in many types of industries (plastics, printing, screen printing, etc.).

Connected to a generator from our range, the TIS-N ionizing and blowing nozzle is able to solve a multitude of problems such as gluing, dusting and cleaning. Its capacitive process protects the user from any bad handling, while ensuring a superior performance.

The 3 ionization tips electrodes of our range) are embedded in a teflon block implanted in an anodized aluminium profile. An 8 mm diameter quick coupling ensures the pneumatic supply of the system. An adjustable bracket allows simple and efficient installation.

The use of compressed air allows the ionic field emitted by the tips to be conveyed over a greater distance and to remove dust from the treated surface.

This ionizing head is the ionizing element of the TISP-N gun.

Thanks to its capacitive process, the user is protected from any mishandling while at the same time ensuring superior efficiency.

To reach difficult areas, the ionizing head can be mounted on a hose.
