Ionizing blower nozzles

Specially designed for the elimination of electrostatic charges on small parts in many types of industries (plastics, printing, screen printing, etc…). This device connected to a high voltage generator of our range is able to solve a multitude of problems (bonding, dust removal, cleaning, …).

This type of very compact head is safe for the user who, thanks to its capacitive process, is protected from any bad handling, while ensuring an excellent output.

An 8 mm diameter quick coupling ensures the pneumatic supply of the system. An adjustable bracket allows simple and efficient installation.

The use of compressed air allows the ionic field emitted by the tip to be conveyed over a greater distance and to remove dust from the treated surface.

To reach difficult areas, it is possible to mount the ionizing head on a flexible hose.
