Ionizing and blowing gun
TISP-N
The TISP-N anti-static air gun is designed with the TIS-N capacitive blower ionizing head.
The ionizer gun operates on the principle of the CORONA effect. Each static electricity gun tip connected to the high voltage generates an electric field charged with positive and negative ions (electrons). When the material to be treated is under the influence of this electric field, a transfer of electrons (negative ions) takes place until the charges on the surface of the material are neutralized. The use of compressed air with this anti-static blow gun allows the ionic field, emitted by the tips, to be conveyed over a greater distance and the treated surface to be dusted.
3 ionization tips are embedded in a Teflon block implanted in an anodized aluminum profile. An 8 mm diameter quick-release coupling ensures the pneumatic supply of the system.
