ELCOWA designs, develops and manufactures custom-made ionizing dedusting systems or web cleaners for internal and external dust removal from jars, bottles, caps etc. as well as for dust removal from flat surfaces such as paper, plastic film, cardboard, etc.
The ionzing dusting systems combine:
- Ionizing elements: neutralization of electrostatic charges
- A mechanical force: separation of particles from the support (scrapers, brushes, nozzles)
- Suction through a filtered suction system: removal of particles

The ECOVAC CUPS ensures optimal removal of harmful particles from containers such as yoghurts, care creams etc.

Dusting on both sides
The ECOVAC 20 dedusting system combines 3 actions. A mechanical action allowing the brushing of harmful particles present on surfaces (paper, cardboard etc.). The ionization action then neutralizes the electrostatic charges and finally the suction action collects these particles in the filter of the vacuum cleaner. This device is used on surfaces where contact (brush) is possible.
The ECOVAC 21 dedusting system combines 3 actions. A mechanical blowing action to blow away harmful particles from surfaces. The ionization action then neutralizes the electrostatic charges and finally the suction action collects these particles in the filter of the vacuum cleaner. This device is used on surfaces where contact is not possible (plastic films).
